Happy Acres

Happy Acres is a cozy tap-to-farm game. It does not collect, share or sell any personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your farm is saved on your device and nowhere else.

To let you continue your game, Happy Acres stores the following on your device only:

• Your farm: land, crops, buildings, coins, level, orders and research progress.
• Your settings: sound, notifications, map style and the farm look (Spring, Autumn, Winter or Night).

This data never leaves your device through the App. Happy Acres does not run any servers and has no way to read it. If you use device backups (for example iCloud Backup), Apple may include the App's data in your backup, under Apple's privacy policy.

Happy Acres can remind you when crops are ready or a building has finished a job. The App asks for permission once, after your first harvest. These reminders are scheduled locally on your device. We do not send them from a server and we do not see when they fire.

You can turn notifications off in the App's Settings or in iOS Settings → Happy Acres → Notifications at any time.

The App does not make network requests of its own. All art, sounds and game data are included in the App, so Happy Acres works fully offline.

• We do not require an account, email address or phone number.
• We do not collect your name, location, contacts, photos or device identifiers.
• We do not use advertising or analytics SDKs.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not sell or share your data.
• We do not offer in-app purchases.

If you choose to share analytics and crash data with app developers in iOS Settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports. We use them only to fix bugs. We do not receive anything that identifies you.

Happy Acres is suitable for all ages. Because the App collects no personal information, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You can erase your farm at any time with Settings → Reset farm, or by deleting the App. Either removes all locally stored game data from your device.

The App's artwork and sound effects are based on free CC0 assets by Kenney (kenney.nl). These assets are bundled in the App and do not involve any data collection.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
